Thank you for the most interesting concert at the Wigmore Hall today. The juxtaposition of two 20th Century masterpieces (Webern Op 5 and Janacek Quarter No 1) with Beethoven Op 130, including the Grosse Fugue, was certainly brave for an event without an interval. But it left a lasting impression of your virtuosity, as well as your stamina and concentration!
